Let us disable tab hover cards!

When I mouse over a new tab, I get an annoying pop-up summarizing the contents of every single tab in a group. This feature is useless and annoying. We used to be able to disable this in flags, but the ability to disable this irritating feature was removed in the latest update. I'm seriously considering switching to another browser until this is changed.

@kitkat986 It's annoying for me too, we should at least be able to delete this feature in flags, it was possible before, I don't understand why they delete that choice

I have the best suggestion for all of these 'features' that only a few people actually ask for....... Give us a 'light' version of Opera!
Light meaning either fewer 'features' and the base Opera experience that we have all enjoyed over the past 20+ years - OR - retain every 'feature' of Opera in the flags section where they can be turned off as most of us do.

Whoever decided to remove the Primary element of Opera (configurability/turning on/off what we didn't ask for) should be fired, and give their position to someone who can return a configurable browser to us.

@kitkat986 In general the most annoying habit of software vendors is the removal of features, especially when there is no replacement or only inferior ones. Opera is still my default browser but it is nevertheless worse than it was two or three years ago from my perspective. But all software vendors occasionally "improve" their software in this manner.

"Show tabs from the same domain in tab tooltip" has already been added as an option at the URL opera://settings/userInterface in Opera Beta (85) and Opera Developer (86). The option should reach Opera Stable soon.
