Where is located the file that contais History?

Hi All,

I have somehow managed to lose my History. Can anyone tell me where Opera stores the History detail on a Mac. I have Time Machine backups I can use once I know where the files are stored.

Any help much appreciated.

@sennaman Chromium based browsers store history in the History file located in their profile directories.
Go to opera://about for the path.

@leocg Thanks. Have found where the files are stored but not sure which ones to restore. Should Opera be shut when I do a restore?

@sennaman All software should be closed when you are messing up with their data files.

And there is only one History file.
