I cannot see the data of a web certificate and the CA certificates do not work

I do not see the way to see the data of the ssl/tls certificate of the web page to which I connect, I have also added an AC certificate as user and Opera continues without verifying that the web is signed by that CA, with other applications and browsers it works correctly. I've tried clearing the cache and rebooting, to no avail.

In this post they mention it, but there is no solution.

Would there be plans to incorporate these utilities?, since I see them as necessary to protect privacy.
