Video pop up options disappear

Yesterday my browser was updated, now it says my version is 83.0.4254.27. I noticed that when using video pop up now there is button for options where only option was to turn on/off transparency of that window. That's neat in some cases so I enabled it.
Problem is that today I wanted to disable it... but button is gone. I didn't change anything since then so I'm not sure what caused this.
How do I turn this off again?

I had the same problem, the only solution for me was to downgrade the browser.
You can download it from here (last version where it worked, ).
I got that link from this thread, where a moderator confirmed, that it's official mirror.To disable autoupdate, you can follow this reply in different thread (if you want to keep the old version, otherwise it will be autoupdated to newest after restart of browser).

There are two solutions
1- You can enable or disable it from settings
2- Downgrade to the older version -
