UUID for partner search engines

Went to root out all the useless "partner" search engines (which by default user cannot get rid of) and was rather surprised what is this UUID in default_partner_content.json - is this a tracking ID through which "partner" search engines track you?

@grim4400 said in UUID for partner search engines:
UUID
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universally_unique_identifier. The id is to just differentiate the search engines by more than their names. That id isn't for tracking you.
