No more network connections with Opera and Kaspersky

Since the update of Opera, I assume that it comes from Opera, I can not access any Internet pages either in the network or locally on an IP and always get the following messages:
Stopping Kaspersky protection does nothing, just stop it completely. Only then can I call up websites again via the browser. Other browsers have no problem with it.
What could be the reason?

@computerexperte06 Not sure but I am using opera alongside Kaspersky and it works fine

Ever since an update quite a few months back I have had an issue with Kaspersky's web protection elements. I went back and fourth with Kaspersky for about a month and eventually gave up as they weren't quite listening to what I had to say and wanted me to make some ridiculous changes.
I found another person that has had the same issue without any help from Opera, found below

@computerexperte06 This happens because of Kaspersky VPN. Separating the VPN just for Opera should work just fine. Or only turn on VPN when you need it. Since Opera already has its own VPN services.
