DNS-over-HTTPS refusing to allow any custom hostname(s)

I've tried enabling both Use hardware acceleration when available and the HTTPS-over-DNS feature and also only the HTTPS-over-DNS feature. Ive also completely cleared all cache within the browser and completely shutdown the browser as well as a system reboot just to be sure but even then it will only allow me to pick one of the default options such as Google, Cloudflare etc. Ive reported my issues to the developers but no repose or at least not one that I can see in my emails. If someone has a fix or can help would be amazing. Thankz.

What custom DOH server did you try?

@leocg I've tried hella different ones from opendns to ControlD DNS I mean just various types of HTTPS over DNS Hostnames honestly.

@leocg I typed in the hostname and refreshed the page to see if it would stay but it just keeps deleting any and all Hostnames I put into the 'Custom' option.

@dividedbyall666 I've just tried with https://doh.opendns.com/dns-query and everything went fine.
Try resetting your settings -
