Restoring my bak files

How do I replace my old bak files with the new, someone please help me

@leocg I am in opera stable but I see more than one bak file, so i just did copy and paste with the one that says bookmarks and not the one that says bookmarks.exe and it still didnt work

Can I just switch out the whole new opera stable with the old one?

@elria21 There is no bookmarks.exe.

So you want to get your bookmarks from another Opera installation? If it's a new one, just replace the Bookmarks file of the new installation with the one from the old.

@elria21 If you open the file in a text editor, do you see any of your bookmarks?

@elria21 Then that's it, if there aren't any bookmarks in the file, you will not be able to see one in Opera.
