Can somebody (dev/coder) make a extensions that puts the adress bar on the bottem of the screen (android)

Pls. Sadly I'm not a coder who culd do this but I'm pretty sure that a lot of people wants this. Also this is a totally free idea, you don't even have to credit me if you don't want to.

@gizmocombat Opera for Android doesn't support extensions. And I'm not sure if an extension could do that, I guess would need to be done by Opera or Chromium.
