Hello, I have created various shortcuts on my computer (WIN10). For example : Calling MSPAINT or calling a drive in Explorer with the appropriate key combination (e.g. CTRL + F7).
These only work (!) When the OPERA browser is started. If I close it, the shortcuts will not work! Standard shortcuts "WIN key + E" or "F1" ... always work, just not the ones you created yourself.
      does anyone know the problem?

@bobby999 It seems more a question for a Windows forum, not an Opera one. How those shortcuts were created?

@leocg For example: Shortcut "mspaint" to desktop. Properties of this shortcut. Select key combination . It works, when opera was started.

@bobby999 Is Opera your default browser? What happens if you change the default browser?

@leocg if I change the standard browser, then it behaves exactly the same. So you're probably right, it can't come from Opera ! Good tip, Thank you!
