A year and a half later, Valve has made huge headway in gaming on Linux (it crushes Mac OS) and still no GX for Linux.. This is very disappointing. I just switched from Windows to Linux Pop_OS, so I guess Opera has lost a user.

Can't understand why is taking soo long for Opera GX on Linux. They released a version for Android and yet there's no roadmap or potential release date. Not sure for how long I'll keep on waiting for it, other browsers are getting solid Lol

There could be no Opera for Linux, because Microsoft want you to buy Windows ! They have money enough to buy some influence on opera, which makes them to wait until you give up and buy Windows. If you do the opera will issue a GX version for Linux. Well, would you like to wait longer that others do ?
