@flyingspaghetti-0 Thank you very much for the tip, I ended up installing Otto on my machine, but unfortunately for me it didn't work. It is still very young, and is full of incompatibilities with the types of sites I browse. I will leave it installed here and with each update it has I will play a little to see if it can be my new browser. Because I am passionate about QT technology, and a satisfactory browser version with that language has not yet come out.
Damn opera !!! Will I really have to change my browser. Again!!! First Firefox disappoints me with Quantum, making me lose years of use with add-ons, etc ... After I completely adapted to Opera, you are also going downhill!
Such a trivial thing, just leave the windows as they were! Why had it changed? Why?

Too bad.
We have been asking for years to return Opera to its original form. But I don't think the developers are at all in the mood for that.I just don't understand why they take this initiative that is so detrimental to the smooth operation of Opera in all Operating Systems.
For this new form of border is horrible, and impractical; either on Linux or Windows.

Por favor voltem com a "Barra de Título" eu utilizo o Linux Mint com KDE, e o Opera descaracterizou completamente o sistema, ficou péssimo não ter a a janela, e mesmo configurando no sistema para voltar com as janelas, ela fica toda bugada.
Corrija essa atualização,
POR FAVOR, NÃO DESAPONTE OS USUÁRIOS LINUX, COM ESSA JANELA ESTILO WINDOWS.
