@leocg For now, it is one site (https://ontario-b.hibid.com), opened maybe 5-6 pages.

@leocg I've checked: 3 pages can be opened, after that I receive such massage. If I change IP address (by VPN), I can open another 3 pages and access blocked again. Sometimes if VPN connection is very slow, I receive similar message with extra line to enter CAPTCHA but picture does not visible, just frame.

@leocg OK. but what blocks me? I use this site for a long time and it started blocking maybe month ago. I did not add any new apps to Opera. I don't think that is website blocked my IP (Chrome is working) . Maybe some Opera settings are changed and allow me open 3 pages only. Where to dig???

@zapad3000 I've checked differently. I use Opera Dev v.80 and there are something blocked me. I opened Opera Beta v.79 and it works without any blocking. That means it is not website, that is Opera. I updated Opera Dev v.80 to v.81 and it still blocking. How to find out what apps or settings blocks me?
