Why my Customized Speed Dial Icons are not working?

If I add a website to Speed Dial, it displays web address on the new icon. If I go to the red heart on the menu bar and select the icon I want, it does not change the speed dial icon. That still just displays the web address. Am I doing something incorrect? Thanks in advance for any help!!

@lucasjames12 Menu bar? To change the thumbnail of a Speed Dial/Bookmark, you need to open the page, click on heart icon in address bar and choose a new image. Is that what you are doing?

• Go to https://auth.opera.com/ click Sign out
  and Sign in
• restart opera browser
  everytime i got this problem (frequently)
  it's work for me.
  i don't know what cause of problem.
