@bononzaz That page is not available in Opera for Android. To access the settings, click on the Opera logo in the bottom right and then in settings

@bononzaz You don't. In the fact I don't remember have seen that setting in Opera for Android. Maybe you are talking about Opera Mini? Opera Mini used to have a setting regarding proxies
