[Solved]How to clean the Opera Cache?

Hi,
So I have one cache folder in C:\Users\Even\AppData\Local
And another cache folder in C:\Users\Even\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Service Worker\CacheStorage
The first folder in Local takes about 400 MB of space while the other in Roaming takes about 800 MB of space. Combined with Opera program files this adds unto 1.5GB
I have a tiny disk of about 25GB and I can't allow Opera to take this much of space especially when 90% of the time, I visit the same sites over and over again.
I wish to keep the cached images and files intact to be able to load the sites faster.
So my question is, out of the two folders, which folder should I delete and how do I set the maximum number of Data Opera caches?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

@wealstarr Check opera://about for the path to the cache directory.
I can say that the second is service workers cache and not the general cache.

@wealstarr in setting
Clear browsing data Clear history, cookies, cache, and more
or
try to have certain cache
In Opera launcher/Desktop shortcut, locate it by
<your Opera path> --disk-cache-dir=<Any dir. to be cache (ensure enough permission & size}>Tip: best is set Softperfect free RAMDISK alloted to 64-96 MB, have a dir under its main drive and be it the cache dir.

@wealstarr Other than stop using browsers? I don't think there is.
