Where Can I change the font on Tab bars & context menu?

Hello,

First time Opera user, switching from Chrome. The font on the tabs is huge, bold and distracting. I changed the fonts but couldn't find where to change this one. Does anyone knows about where can I tweak this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: The same thing with the context menu.

@wealstarr You would need to change it on Windows settings and it would affect all programs.

@leocg As I suspected, it's either in the Windows Metrics HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics
or the custom msstyle file.
Any idea whare can I find it and thanks for the reaction.
