Back button brings up history list

sometimes when using Opera, when I use the phone's back button (S6), Opera pops up a history list in the top left corner and does not go back to previous page. only a phone restart fixes the behaviour until next the occurrence.
anyone else experiencing this and why does it happen?

@jkforde Don't remember have seen it happening here. I've checked and it seems to happen only if I long press the back button.

yeah, that's expected functionality but I'm just tapping normally and that menu pops up. It appears to happen when the phone's memory is swamped or another app is hogging resources
