Why the settings page display is bad on Windows 10 HiCon

Why is the latest Opera settings page display/appearance bad on Windows 10 in dark High Contrast mode ?
The BG is black, I suspect it's inherited from Windows 10 Hi Contrast mode
All its checkbox is invisible !
Mostly other graphic such that is invisible too !

Please help !
