Offline download link for Windows 32bit incorrect

The link to download Opera for Windows (Offline) use to be for 32 bit the link now downloads
the x64 bit version same as the Windows x64 (Offline) link does. This worked before version
78.0.4093.122. Here is the bad link https://www.opera.com/download/get/?partner=www&opsys=Windows
