Since a while the amazon website is really slow. I really don't know what the problem is. It is slow at loading and scrolling, has problems when searching items and lacks on every use. I tried to disable extensions, cleared cache, cookies,.. nothing helps.
What could cause this?
I use Opera 73.0.3856.344, have a fast internet connection and the problems doesn't appear in Safari or Chrome.

Yea, Same with the "full sized window" Facebook messenger that can take up to 15 seconds to switch from one contact to another. Almost the same time for a post to be seen after pressing "send" In Chrome it all work as it should.

@leonhardttobias I'm seeing the same issue in Opera with Amazon. However, I'd say that in Chrome it is also slow-ish but the effect is significantly more pronounced in Opera. It is especially noticeable when opening various drop-down lists. It takes a few seconds for a list to open.
However, I run Adblock on my machine. And I notice that disabling Adblock significanlty improves the performance of Amazon web site in Opera. I'd say that it is porbably safe to conclude that Adblock is the culprit in my case.

I'm also getting this. Tried disabling the adblock thing. Didn't work. The website just takes ages to load images, even longer for links to be clickable.

I misworded my post a bit. What I meant to say is that I'm running AdGuard. AdGuard version 7.6.1 is what I have currently. AdGuard is what's causing Amazon web pages to work much slower in both Opera and Chrome, although the effect is more pronounced in Opera.

Oh I don't have that and I'm still having the issue. Think it's just an opera thing.
