"Split screen" Opera

I remember years ago, someone posted a screen shot of an Opera that had two Windows side by side inside the Opera browser. I think you could also have a 4-window set up. How do you do this?

On Opera Presto (12.16 and older), right click on the tab bar > Arrange > Tile Vertically

On Opera Blink (15+), it's not possible
