restore my tabs from earlier opera

It's really annoying. I've deleted opera and then install it again. Synchronized all data from earlier opera. But stucked here. How to move my all tabs to new speed dial. Now, I cannot do that normally. Earlier I might be able just move all data to new speed dial. Now, I cannot. Help

@anatolee72 What happens when you try yo move them from Other Speed Dials to Speed Dial?
