Can't get to my passwords

Hello,
I downloaded Opera GX and I forgot my password for Opera account, so I changed it to a new one, but I don't have access to my passwords for websites from regular Opera.
There is a option to recover them, it asks old password for Opera account. I found my old password and type it there and it doesn't work. There is also a second option to recover saved passwords, but that doesn't work either. Can someone please help me ?

@davidek Passwords get encrypted to the old password, you'll need both the new and old passwords to recover them.
