[Solved]Can't sync, tells me incorrect password

I changed my account password, and purged all previous logins. I'm using a password manager, and I have quatripple checked that the new password is updated there. When try to log in on opera mobile, it tells me that the password is incorrect, which it is not (Again, I have checked my password manager). I have restarted my phone to no avail.

@leocg Thanks for replying. Well, if that is the case, then I'm proper screwed. I overwrote my old password in bitwarden when I updated my password. My passwords are some 128 characters long, randomly generated. Shouldn't opera just stick with the new password immediately after updating it? Kinda defeats the purpose of changing password in the first place.
I tried clearing the cache, just to see if that might be a solution, but still no luck.

Doesn't Bitwarden back up old passwords? That seems like a pretty essential feature for any password manager. I use KeePass2Droid and it makes a backup every time I change a password, and that has saved my butt more than once.

@yeswap Huh, I never knew that. Sure enough, there's a password history, logging any password changes. Thanks for telling me.
So I tried using the old password, but instead of getting an "incorrect password" message like usual, I get a "Temporary server error" message instead. Once I use the correct password again, I get the usual "Incorrect password" again. I have no idea what's going on.

@askew It's a matter of security, imagine if someone could get someone else passwords just by managing to create a new password for that person.
Saved passwords are encrypted locally using your OS login credentials and on sync servers with your Opera account credentials.
So if you change your OS password, you will need to inform the old one to keep using your saved passwords. Also, if someone manage to steal your Login Data file, s/he won't be able to get your passwords. -

@leocg That makes alot of sense actually, thank you. But unfortunately I'm still not able to enable sync on my phone. Should I just wait, and hope its just some minor error with a server somewhere? Or could it be that opera actively tries to blocks my phone, since I purged all active logins when I updated the password?

I just figured it out. I had to go into the opera account page, and "reset passphrase", whatever that is. Then I were able to log in on my phone, and enable sync
Although the sync server were cleaned out by reseting the passphrase, I don't think I'll loose any data, as everything gets restored when I sync up all my devices again. (I hope)
Hope I didn't look too dumb in the end. I've been using opera as my main browser on all my devices for some 7 years now, but I've never had many issues like this before, which I'm quite glad for, actually.
I am extremely grateful for every reply, thank you very much @leocg and @yeswap. Please have a wonderful day, or evening onwards.
