Is it possible to take out the "scrolling button"?

I'm not sure if it uploaded the picture, but it is a screenshot of what I call the "scrolling button" (because I don't know the name)

When you scroll fast, it appears on the right side of the screen. Unfortunatly I am constantly clicking on it by accident and it gets really annoying. Is there a way to take it out?

@canipus for me, this "scrolling button" is one of the best practical things of the Opera interface. So, i believe that the best for all of us was that the Opera development team put an option for use it or not. Greetings.
