Opera version 45.0.2552.888 is being run on a Linux Debian
desktop.I would like to install a newer version of opera, but I wish to save the current version of opera in case I need to go back to it.
How do I save all the files (profile, configuration files, opera-stable executable, etc) associated with the current version of opera so that I can easily restore them if necessary ?
Where are all these files located on a Linux Debian system ?

@operaacct Check opera://about for the paths.

@leocg I understand that opera://about in Windows gives the profile path, but Linux only gives the version number.

@operaacct Strange, as far as I know that page should show the profile paths no matter the OS.
It shows the user agent, link to EULA, Privacy Policy and so on?
