Hello! Today I updated the Opera to the 75.0.3969.93 (arm64) version and found that the Spotify stopped working. Both from the sidebar and from the site.

Version:75.0.3969.93 (arm64)

Update stream:Stable
System:macOS Version 11.2.3 (Build 20D91) 11.2.3 arm64

The problem was solved by deleting the WidevineCdm folder from the profile folder

Usually in...

Profile:	/Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/com.operasoftware.Opera

But it's easier to look About as @leocg wrote above.
