Set password for your browser ( Opera lock )

Hello!
I've been using your extension and so far it's working really well! It's just perfectly what I was looking for and the first thing I wanna do is thank you a lot!
I see that people are complaining about some ways to bypass the password, but since I've got that "closing multiple tabs warning" turned off, I'm not having any issues and I don't see how anyone could bypass in my case.
The only 2 things I'd like to ask you, if possible: Could you make the password masked while we're typing, instead of showing it so clearly? I've been through some moments where people were looking at my screen while I was typing, so now they know my password and could easily open my browser when I'm not around. The second thing is: There's any way to put an option button on the extension where we could simply change our password?
Again, thank you so much for your great work!

@bend Hi, you can use my extension instead of "Set Password..." https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/browser-lock/

Hey @humbldump , thank you for the tip! I've tried your extension and it's pretty good indeed, but I gotta be honest with yuo and say that I prefer "Set password" because of its simplicity and speed. It's just a small window that appears quick, while in your extension, the password window takes a little bit longer to appear and load, and also closes Opera main window, having to open and load it again once the password is typed...
Please, don't take this as a bad review, you've done a great job! I'm just explaining why I'd prefer using Set password extension... -

@eswaryaga thanks for answering! That's ok, I don't mind doing that to change my password. But what about masking the password while typing it? That's important, I think... Is that a feature you'd be working on? Great job on the extension by the way!

@humbldump: Hi, I wrote you in the other thread (which that of your opera's
application) seem to me there is a problem. From the password request window, in the upper right corner, we can remove the extension and then access Opera easily.
Please, look at the pictures:

@sunny-bunny: Уже не актуально, как не пытался мутить с закрытием окна, это всегда приводит к закрытию браузера, хорошее расширение!

Doesn't work, all you have to do is click cancel and it bypasses the password. Totally useless.

Hello!
I've been using your extension and so far it was working really well !
However, its not working normal with the new update. You click any place on opera and it bypasses the password .
Update please. -

It doesn't work. If I ignore the pop up message asking for the password, just clicking on the main window, I can use the browser and access to all information... Useless

@eswaryaga I use it in Windows 10 Pro.. It doesn't work... Try to click on the browser instead the password window, ignoring to click on cancel, and you'll be able to use the browser with no lock

Same for me here, win 10 pro, with latest version of Opera.
"cancel" closes the browser

Hi, I just tried but it still doesn't work.
If we ignore the password popup we can use Opera (Version :74.0.3911.232). -

This no longer works with the latest Opera update. Using Windows 10 Home Version 20H2. You can just ignore the popup. It still works if you don't get password right, but you can just ignore it and click on the browser and use it.

I discovered a vulnerability in the add-on. If the opera is opened on the second display, the window ignores the password.
