[Solved]Internet speeds decreased significantly

The top is Opera, the bottom is Chrome, I don't think I need to explain much more than this being slow. I need Opera for accessing sites Chrome can't, so any help to increase this to at least 25mbps (preferably above 200) is appreciated!

@leocg Okay, as for that, I have fixed the problem, yes VPN was enabled, I couldn't access certain sites without it, so I called up my ISP and got it working again, now I can use Opera without VPN. Thanks for trying, sorry for the late reply. I'm gonna leave this thread open though, because I was gonna use a different one for the question, but it was closed.
