Hello there..In short been enjoying the Browser so far until I ran into this problem which I believe started yesterday. I can't install any extensions. Been trying to fix this on my own but with no luck. tried using the search here in this forums but it seems i'm the first with this exact one. The picture I placed in shows what happens everytime I try to install anything. Any help would be appreciated

@boomzgaming It shouldn't work in Chrome, I guess.
It work in regular Opera?

@leocg Oh no. I never used the regular opera. I been using the gx due to seeing a lot of ads going on with some youtubers I watch from time to time.

@boomzgaming Would be interesting to see if regular Opera shows the same problem.
Do you use any extension? Did you test with them disabled? Did you check with a clean profile directory? -

@leocg I'll try to download the regular opera(didnt know there was a regular one) and I used extensions before it they was working fine....turned off the computer and woke up to get everything going and all the apps stopped working. had things like LastPass. Youtube slidebar and the free VPN

@leocg Ok so quick update. the original opera works just fine when it comes to installing them. just installed ublock for a test. so maybe its just the GX acting dumb

@boomzgaming There is a high chance that an extension may be causing it, or a broken profile. That's why you have to check with extensions disabled and with a clean profile.

@leocg How do I do that for the GX? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't do the trick

@boomzgaming The extensions you can check by disabling them.
