Opera installs with someone else's profile

I recently bought a used computer and downloaded Opera. When I installed it, it appeared with the bookmarks and settings of the computer's previous owner. I tried reinstalling and selected "delete all data" but when it reinstalled the previous owner's bookmarks and settings were still there.
I find this quite irritating, How do I do a clean install of Opera?

@daal39 The first thing you should do when buying someone else's computer is to format it and reinstall the OS. If formatting is not possible, at least reinstall the OS creating your own user.
That said, Opera imports data from the default browser. You can avoid it in the installer options.
