Proxy sttings keep changing.

Hello, perhaps someone can help? Fo the last few months - with no obvious reason - the proxy setting on my PC keeps changing, making it necessary for me to reset them.Windows 10 Pro/Opera. Even when I rest and 2save" the thing keeps changing! Help, please... Cheers, Les.

It doesn't happen if I use chrome or FireFox - but I prefer/want to use Opera. Cheers, Les.
