Synchronization password

I dunno what's the problem but when I try to synchronize my account I don't understand what the password is. I tried resetting the password and putting a new one in but it won't let me access. Please help

@Abdoudu The password is the one you've set up for your account.
If you have changed your password, you may need to provide your old password.
