Why can't Opera be a secure browser for payments?
Opera is my default browser, but it cannot be opened as a secure browser for Kaspersky payments.
I cannot add another browser manually. The security program only recognizes the other two browsers: Edge and Explorer.

@dimip What Kaspersky says about it? Do they support Opera? If they don't, what's the reason?

@leocg Kaspersky Support assigned me to the settings for secure payments, where you can select the browser from a list. Opera is not included.

Kaspersky is not a secure program for payments, switch to OPay to make paments within Opera.

I don't know OPay.
With a google search I discover that OPay is a wallet based mobile app for sending money and paying bills in Nigeria and Kenya.
Kaspersky Internet Security with Safe Money is very good and trustworthy.
I've been using it for years and want to stick with it.

For as long as I know, Opera is a secure browser to manage payments. There may be some support issues that you might be encountering. Besides, it can be an issue with your specific version of the browser. You can ask any friend near you to help you check with it if they could handle payments with Opera. Otherwise, you have to switch to some other payment mode or app.

I believe, if users are facing such issues, Opera really needs some serious check on quality assurance. Rest, let me know if making updates or changing device help you process payments.
