can not download opera

Hi.
I am trying to download initial download file : OperaSetup.exe size 2,347,992 KB but never work, I need full version windows 64bit or the way to get it worked.

@sinanj Then it seems that something is blocking your access to Opera's pages/servers.
Any difference if you use a VPN?
