Graphic Issues with Opera (72.0.3815.400)

Hello!
Ive had some issues causing Bluescreens and LiveKernel Events on my system, i have since then reinstalled with all needed drivers (Mainboard, GPU etc).
I still occasionally get a black screen for a second inside opera, and just now ive had my biggest issue with it yet. A tab went completly broken, rendering like this:

Anyone know how i can fix this?

My System:
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x
GPU: RTX 2080 Super
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200
MB: MSI b450 Tomahawk max

What happens, if you disable hardware acceleration? There are more related settings in flags too.
