Since Version:71.0.3770.284, dark mode doesn't apply to web pages.
Tried to set #enable-force-dark back to Default and then Enabled again, without success.
Tried with version 72.0.3815.148, same thing.
I'm running Windows 10 64bits Version 2004 (OS >Build 19041.572) -

@tareqtareq I know DarkReader, been using that for a while on FF. But it's slow, and uses a lot of ressources. Nothing compete with the Chrome/Opera native dark mode in terms of performances. That's actually the main reason why I moved form FF to Opera. Anyway, the fixture is there, just not working as it should and used to be anymore

@newbie125 Yea I guessed it was a regression, but I don't really wanna live without updates for security reasons...
Is there some Opera people coming here? -

Dark mode still not working... No officials are coming here?
The solution of stopping the update is not acceptable.
It is not safe and I have many computers running fedora... -

It's a Chromium experiment disabled by default, so I guess we should not expect a fix coming soon.
works fine on latest chromium based edge and chrome too

@IceCharles Yes, it's probably an Opera issue but due to what I said, I don't think we will see a fix soon.

So annoyed that this has been broken for a month. I don't want to have to switch back to chrome. I cheated on opera for a few years with chrome, but I've jumped back during this pandemic and don't want my eye sockets burned from white backgrounds.
