Bottom of pages missing - behind taskbar

Hi, I'm using Windows 10 64bit and have latest version of Opera -
(Version: 48.0.2685.39 (PGO) - Opera is up to date) but recently I've noticed that the bottom of my page is hidden behind the taskbar. If I hit F11 I can see it all but in normal mode I can't. For example, if I open messages in Facebook, I can't see the bottom of the chat window and the emoticon menu, they are behind the taskbar unless I hit F11. The same in Gmail - the 'send' button and bottom row of the menu is hidden so it's rather annoying! I don't know if it's something I've done accidentally, or a bug. I can't find anything in settings. Zoom is set at 100% and in fact, the problem stays the same if I zoom in or out. Any ideas? TIA -

yes but my taskbar is where it always is, it's not wider or changed position, and it's always been visible all of the time. It's as if the browser display is longer, if that makes sense, so it hangs down behind the taskbar where it didn't previously. Width is ok. Other browsers are fine but I like Opera and have used it for years. Something has changed.
