NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID While trying to use google

Hi everyone I'm new here and I have this problem when trying to google something directly from the URL Bar (My searh engine is Google by default).. I'm from Bolivia so everytime I need to google something I have to add ".bo" after the ".com" in the URL. I looked up on google and reddit for some fixup but nothing works, my date and clock are OK, both in the computer and the internet modem btw.

I've been having this problem ever since I updated Windows 10 Pro to version 1904, before that I could google normally. My version of Windows nowadays is Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 2004 Version (OS compilation 19041.508).

I don't know much about webdev or else, I'm just an amateur....
