This page is not loading for me on Opera version 47 - http://mgoz.gov.mt/en/Pages/Home.aspx.
Can you figure out why please?
I believe the basis technology is ASP.NET/Sharepoint, but I need verification.

Page loads fine here. Try disabling extensions, a clean profile, etc.
