Anybody knows that Opera Browser Play HTML5 Videos?

In my company, a friend suggested me to install opera browser version 10.5 or higher. He told me that all HTML5 Videos are supported in this version. I tried it myself, but I doesn’t work. Can anybody help me to sort out this issue?
