Last working Version with Java (not JAVA Script)

I am looking for a solution to get a Java applet working. After renew the hardware/PC on the new System with the new Browsers JAVA would not work anymore.

So I would like to check it out with Opera. The problem is that there is a service from the German 1und1 Provider for 0700 Phone and this to adjust only will work with JAVA.

So I am looking and searching but could not find the right info which was the last working Version.
The new System is Win 7 64bit.

Opera 33 is the latest version with support for Java.
