Disable the audio tab indicator

Hello. I am a new user of Opera and everything is perfect and editable except for the little audio indicator whenever a tab is playing audio. For example, when you watch YouTube.

It annoys me and messes with my eyes. I looked up on stuff about this before and it's all from 2015 and outdated.
Are there any addons or settings? Please help and thank you.
