Error while uploading files

I can't upload files on websites, like Facebook, Dropbox, Gmail,etc. When I try it, it starts uploading and shows a error. I'm only able to send files when I activate the Opera VPN, so I believe its a config error. Someone can help me? It happens for a long time and only with Opera.

I'm using the version 70.0.3728.189

@mathphilip If you can upload files using the VPN, then it probably means that you are being blocked by the sites.

@mathphilip You have to find out why you are being blocked. Did you already followed the instructions and checked with extensions disabled and with a clean Opera profile directory?

I unistalled Opera and Installed again. Worked for a time, but the problem is back. I'm only able to upload with VPN. While I'm using Dropbox, appears a server error while im uploading.
