Is there a way to change opera gx speed dial thumbnails?

I want to change it to a custom thumbnail I chose and wondering if there is a built-in way to do this and if there is a way to do it that is not built-in

@severalpeople You can't use custom thumbnail but you can change the thumbnail.

@severalpeople As said many times, you go to the page, click on the heart icon at the right of address bar and choose a different image among the ones available.

@leocg Yah I want a custom one tho, so considering there is no built in way to get custom icons, can I know where the thumbnail icons is stored?
