Opera Causing My Laptop To Run Out Of Memory & Is Nearly Impossible To Uninstall

This 'out of memory' issue began in December 2016 with Opera 41.0. I uninstalled the browser after several failed attempts and decided not to install Opera again. However, Opera had always been an amazing browser(one of the fastest and zero issues)up until that version.
I decided to give Opera 46.0 and 47.0 another chance hoping the issue from 41.0 had been resolved. Unfortunately the issue still remains with both versions. I had no choice but to uninstall the browser. I had to reinstall the installer over the one I had to uninstall the browser.
I had hardware acceleration disabled and I was not using the free VPN or the built-in ad blocker. I only had one extension installed(Ublock Origin) which I doubt contributed to the problem in any way. I've never had this kind of issue with Opera in the past. Please fix this. Opera is one of the best browsers and I would love to be able to add it back to my desktop.
