Up front: sorry, Opera on a smartphone: new to me.
There is Opera for Android, or Touch, or Opera Mini.
Desktop : I use Opera for Windows, it's fine. 1 version.
Tablet: I use Opera for Android, works fine as well.But.. what to install on my smartphone?
Samsung Galaxy S10 (Android v10)I haven't found a side-by-side comparison.
Not sure what to select.Thanks.

Touch is intended as a 1-handed browser. As it isn't intended for use with a tablet (and I don't have a phone) I only used it a few times just after it first came out, so you really need someone who can tell you what it is like now. At the time, it had no bookmarks - just a "Top sites" and My Flow. Of course with no bookmarks it also had no Sync. ... but that may have changed by now.
