Weird youtube Glitch That won't let me comment on videos

Recently this happend to me, I see a video, i find it funny, and try to comment on the video, I could not see the names of the people that commented on the video, not only that but i was unable to do so. And and it was not only on that video but in all youtube videos. but i could still respond to coments
