Every tab in every workspace is gone!

Beware users of workspaces. Yesterday I realized every tab in every workspace is empty. Any idea how to restore them? I'm on OS X 10.11.6 Opera version 69.0.3686.77 (updated as soon as I clicked the about tab). Thank you.

It upgraded to 70 last night after the tabs were gone. The workspaces are there, but there is nothing inside of them. I had five workspaces. I even lost the pinned tabs on my main workspace so even that one. Most of the stuff from my main workpace I had bookmarked thankfully.
